Organic Beluga black lentils are one of the more interesting varieties of lentils.The name Beluga refers to caviar, to which black lentils are very similar. Beluga is perfect as an addition to soups, one-pot dishes and spicy snacks. It goes well with salads and vegetable dishes.
Preparation method
Cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils per 2 servings of water) for about 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
