Product description

Organic brown lentils are an excellent ingredient for one-pot dishes and an addition to soups, salads, vegetable dishes, stews, purees. It is widely used in making vegetarian pâtés and baked goods.

Preparation method
cook previously rinsed lentils at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of lentils to 2 servings of water) for about 45 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
