Product description

Nigella seed oil is traditionally used to prepare oriental pastes and pita breads. It has a peppery, slightly pungent flavor, similar to SEZAM oil. It will also work well as an addition to scones and dishes with chickpeas, cheese or beans.

RECOMMENDED USE
You can consume the oil in its pure form (or in combination with honey) - however, such treatment should not exceed 12-16 weeks and is not recommended for pregnant women. It should not be heated.
