Ecological chickpeas are great for all kinds of pastes with oil and fresh herbs, as well as for soups, one-pot dishes, sauces and salads.

Preparation method
Pre-soaked at least 12 hours and rinsed chickpeas should be cooked in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the chickpeas only at the end of cooking.
