Organic millet groats obtained from hulled millet. Perfect for breakfast with dried fruit. In a dry version it can be served with stewed vegetables and fresh herbs.
Preparation method
cook the previously rinsed semolina in salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 serving of semolina for 3 servings of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
