Organic Matcha is powdered green tea. The tea preparation process is a true ceremony, a sensory experience. Thanks to its distinctive flavor profile, Matcha is also used as an ingredient in baked goods, ice cream, and smoothies.

Usage

Add 1 small, level teaspoon of tea (approx. 2.5 g) to 250 ml of hot, but not boiling water (approx. 70-80°C). Stir quickly until the powder dissolves and a frothy layer forms.

 For a traditional preparation, use a bamboo scoop to add a portion of tea to a pre-warmed bowl, pour hot (but not boiling) water over it, and then whisk with a special bamboo whisk. This final step gives the beverage a smooth, silky consistency.
