Its delicate, alcoholic flavour is the result of a careful WHEAT fermentation process, which adds depth of taste and aroma to any dish. It is ideal as an accompaniment to pickles, wok dishes, rice, pasta, as well as sushi and sashimi. Shoyu will also enhance the flavour of stewed vegetables, retaining its unique taste properties, especially when added at the end of cooking. Thanks to pasteurisation, the sauce maintains its freshness and quality.
