spelt is an old variety of wheat. ORKISZ grains ripen in thick hulls, protecting them from impurities. spelt can be milled, obtaining whole-grain ORKISZ flour, suitable for baking bread and cakes. Cooked and blended spelt is a great base for chops and pastes.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cook spelt, previously soaked for several hours and rinsed, in fresh salted water at a ratio of 1:3 (1 serving of ORKISZ to 3 servings of water) for about 90 minutes.
