Organic white beans Jaś is particularly well known as the main ingredient in the popular "breton bean" on Polish tables. It is perfect for soups, one-pot dishes, pastes and pates, as well as salads. It is an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein.
Preparation method
Pre-soaked for at least 12 hours and rinsed beans should be cooked until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
