Product description

Organic unshelled white sesame, when roasted, can be a tasty addition to salads, breads and various dishes. It can also be used for home preparation of tahina - sesame paste, an excellent alternative to butter or margarine. We also recommend it in ground form as a sprinkle for porridge, rice, soups or steamed vegetables. Sesame seeds should be ground immediately before consumption. Soaking sesame beforehand improves its digestibility.
