Product description

Organic yellow peas are mainly used in traditional dishes such as pea soup or Christmas Eve peas with cabbage and mushrooms. We also recommend it for soups, one-pot dishes, as a filling for dumplings, bread pastes and pates

Preparation method
Previously soaked several hours and rinsed peas cook until tender in fresh, unsalted water for about 45 minutes. Salt the peas only at the end of cooking
